With hundreds of workout regiments available, it’s tough to remember what’s you’re supposed to do when you get into the gym.  Recently, I purchased a workout program, which came complete with a instructional DVD, a “how-to” book and a large detailed chart showing me each exercise… a package that’s hardly portable if I’m going to the gym.
