White iPhone 4 in Apple’s App Store

Apple released an update to their Apple Store iPhone app with an option to reserve a white iPhone 4. Navigating to the store of your choosing, selecting the Reservations tab, followed by Reserve Product will actually allow you to select the white iPhone 4 in either 16GB or 32GB configurations. The device is still not available in Apple’s online store.

A public test webpage URL on Verizon’s site has just been posted that shows the pricing for the soon-to-be launched Motorola DROID Pro at $299 with 2 year service agreement. Now, it’s possible the price is just a placeholder, but $299 for a primarily business-aimed handset with global roaming capabilities is pretty special.

The new QNX-based operating system on the BlackBerry Playbook is available as a sneak-peak simulator in MAC OS X and Windows versions. RIM has just released the Playbook OS simulator, along with the Adobe Air SDK. The simulator does not reveal any mind-boggling secrets, however it is a nice preview about the BlackBerrry Playbook and what we can expect from RIM’s new OS.
